The search for a healthier and more balanced diet can significantly alter consumers' behavior in terms of food composition and processing level, creating several opportunities for innovation. The changes and requirements observed in the profile of consumers represent a great challenge for the food industry, which, faced with the trends of practicality and convenience that permeate the sector, strengthen the development of different market segments, such as new products with lower calories and high nutritional value. Therefore, the aim of the present work is the development of a free virtual app, in a mobile platform, which allows the user to publish recipes and formulations, generating their technical food sheet and calculation of nutritional information. The choice of the Android mobile platform is related to the wide diffusion and practicality that those smartphones and tablets present, besides the easy access in any environment. The methodology of development of this software was divided into three phases: survey of demands, already executed; Nutritional information calculations and labeling guidelines, still in the process of implementation. The creation of an app with a simple and organized interface is of great use to both commercial establishments, restaurants and bakeries, as well as to educational institutions during the development of new products in classroom.
