Parabens pelo estudo. 
Houve alguma seleção da polpa do coco verde para a realização das bebidas testadas? Pois quando consumo a polpa do coco verde, percebo uma variação entre os estágios de maturação: o coco mais novo tem uma polpa bem sutil, fina e translucida, enquanto o coco mais maduro apresenta uma polpa mais sólida, parecida com a polpa do coco seco.

Também gostei bastante da temática abordada, tendo em vista a utilização em larga escala do produto em questão, e em relação as tecnologias a ele aplicada é algo novo para mim, mas acredito que é algo vantajoso num futuro bem próximo, quando observamos o interesse dos consumidores por produtos farináceos.
