Olá, Melina! Quero parabenizá-la pela iniciativa de estudar a bacaba.  Sou aluna de doutorado da FEA e meu projeto será com bacaba também, mas com enfoque diferente do seu. Vamos estudar a composição mineral e de compostos fenólicos na polpa e na casca e avaliar a bioacessibilidade. As amostras da nossa pesquisa serão coletadas na Região do Xingu, no Mato Grosso. Você já realizou estudos neste sentido? De qual local você coletou a bacaba para extrair o óleo?
