\Studying optimal packaging for e-commerce is essential to improve logistical efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. Well-sized packaging minimizes damage and returns, reducing waste and shipping costs. Additionally, professional presentation reinforces the brand image, increasing customer satisfaction. Thus, choosing and correctly sizing packaging are essential strategies to balance protection, cost, and sustainability in e-commerce. In this context, this work proposes the use of ordinary differential equations to model the deformation of plastic envelope-type packaging, enabling the estimation of dimensions and the maximum volumetric capacity for each type of packaging.
