The academic paper evaluation process
All submitted papers will be evaluated by a blind review process. All submissions will be evaluated by at least two reviewers.
Therefore, submitted papers should not contain any information of authorship on the cover page or in the body of the text.
The evaluation process consists of the following steps:
Does the paper cover one or more topics of interest defined by the curatorship?
Do the choices of references and research techniques adequately reflect the objectives proposed in the paper?
Does it have recent references been used to reflect the state-of-the-art in the topics the paper addresses?
Is the paper correct in terms of spelling, grammar, logical sequence, internal coherence, clarity of argument, lack of ambiguity, and scientific language?
Authors of the approved academic papers will be invited to present them at ILA18. Each approved work will receive a single free pass regardless of the number of authors. This application is not cumulative.
In order to guarantee the diversity of authors, the ILA18 curatorship may limit the choice of only one work per author if the author has more than one approved work.
With nearly 200,000 papers published, Galoá empowers scholars to share and discover cutting-edge research through our streamlined and accessible academic publishing platform.
