For the selection, screening and categorization of the articles, the PAPER Method was applied, and the Bibliometrix software for data analysis. After screening 311 articles, 56 met the defined criteria. The results indicate that the integration of MCDM and AI provides gains in stability, accuracy, prediction, and efficiency in complex decisions, with emphasis on hybrid models applied in sectors such as education, health, logistics, and urban planning. The analysis pointed to an annual growth of 19.38% in publications, reflecting the growing interest of the scientific community in the topic. However, challenges such as the instability of the models, dependence on robust data, and subjectivity in the definition of weights still persist, pointing to opportunities for future studies.
With nearly 200,000 papers published, Galoá empowers scholars to share and discover cutting-edge research through our streamlined and accessible academic publishing platform.
