Formatting rules for Full Papers (ST) (full papers will have a DOI)

Languages: Papers must be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Presentation: Oral.

Number of pages: Maximum 12 (twelve) A4 pages, including tables, graphs, references and acknowledgments.

Margins:

Top: 3.3 cm

Bottom: 2.5 cm

Left and right: 2.9 cm

Line spacing: single

Column: single

Font: Times New Roman 11

Articles must be submitted WITHOUT the authors' names. Once the article is accepted, a final version must be presented, with complete information about the authors and any corrections. The Committee will have the full right to reject articles that are considered out of format.

Extended abstracts must be submitted WITHOUT the authors' names. Poster Formatting Rules (PS) (there will be no DOI for abstract)

Languages: Abstracts must be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Presentation: Poster.

The submission of a poster presentation consists of an abstract that meets the following rules:

Abstracts must contain a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 450 words, including 3 keywords, on a single A4 page.

There is no need for references to submit abstracts. The format should be the same as that of the first page of a complete paper. Abstracts should be submitted without the authors' names. After the abstract is accepted, a final version must be submitted, containing the authors' complete information and any corrections. The committee will have the full right to reject posters that are considered to be out of format.

Posters classified for exhibition must be in the format of a banner and contain a tube and cord to hang on hooks fixed to the walls. They must be up to 90 cm wide and up to 140 cm high. The production of the material is the sole responsibility of the authors.

Rules for submitting Mini-Course (MC) proposals

Mini-course proposals must state the subject, a list of the main topics to be covered in three hours, as well as the expected level of knowledge of the audience. Proponents must have a PhD.

The format must be the same as that of a complete paper, containing on the first page: title, name and affiliation of all proponents, abstract and keywords. Names that are not included in this proposal will not appear among the proponents/responsible for the Mini-Course in the Symposium program.

Proposals must also contain: Introduction, Objectives, Topics to be covered and Basic Bibliography.
