Abstract

This work reflects results of research into the use of the modification of the Bellman-Zadeh approach to decision making in a fuzzy environment for analyzing multiobjective problems. Its application agrees with the principle of guaranteed result and provides constructive lines in obtaining harmonious solutions. This is achieved by solving the corresponding maxmin problems on the basis of applying an algorithm of a non-local search. The paper results have served for developing an adaptive decision system (ADS). Its use can be directed at analyzing three types of models for multicriteria allocation of resources or their deficits. The paper results are illustrated by formulating and solving problems of multicriteria allocation of resources for public services in cities.
