STREAMING PLATFORM PRIORITIZATION: A MULTICRITERIA APPROACH THROUGH THE PROMETHEE II METHOD

Due to the changing pattern of media consumption, thanks to the advent of technology, streaming platforms have emerged as a new mode of distribution and consumption of media works. Thus, this study proposes a multicriteria model for prioritization of streaming platform based on the PROMETHEE II method, considering 5 criteria and 15 alternatives. After evaluating the results, it was obtained that the best alternative, according to the decision maker’s preferences, would be the "Apple TV". Finally, a sensitivity analysis was performed on the input data, which obtained that the best alternative remained in the same position in 100% of cases.
