However, relying solely on the Balanced Scorecard may not be enough to guarantee your success. Companies must prioritize strategic projects, aligned with the business vision, that contribute to achieving established goals and objectives. In this context, this new proposal, SAPEVO-BSC, for the ranking problem, combined SAPEVO-M in its algorithm to indicate the degree of relevance between the different perspectives of the BSC, the strategic objectives linked to the perspectives will have greater weight in the classification of projects structural. Additionally, it is proposed to apply the Impact and Probability Matrix concept to ensure that these projects are evaluated according to their relevance and impact on the business, within a period compatible with the stipulated context.
