The objective is to enhance the accuracy of these models by automatically adjusting their parameters, thereby assisting specialists in making inferences. The proposed method employs a population-based metaheuristic to explore the solution space, seeking adjustments that make the model more representative of the reservoir's reality. The population-based metaheuristic is utilized to find a solution that minimizes the error relative to the observed data, based on rock physics models "coupled with the method." Ultimately, each rock physics model used at different depths is considered, and the one with the best evaluation is suggested as the estimated solution. To validate the effectiveness of this approach, experiments were conducted that demonstrated the proposal's capability to improve the calibration of rock physics models.
