Many publications in the field of optimization often focus on developing methods to solve problems, and often don't take the time to perform computational tests with real data. In many problems, the scenarios for testing are generated with random data, which does not always match the reality of the problem to be solved. After modeling an FTTx network and generating input data for a small city, it was observed that the behavior of the network differs greatly when compared to large urban centers, precisely because of the characteristic of the clients being concentrated in a small region, that is, in a network with low customer density. Typically, companies that work in regions with lower customer density are small businesses. In fact, these companies provide internet service, in some cases, to rural regions or the network structure passes through a rural region. Based on this problem, an online tool was developed where it is possible to demarcate the entire network infrastructure or upload it from a file with the coordinates. For example, the electrical grid infrastructures in Brazil are via poles, and it is only necessary to georeference the customers of this network. After locating the clients and poles in the region to be evaluated, it is possible to generate the input data for the FTTx network design problem
