An exploratory research was carried out, adopting a qualitative and applied approach in a home care company focused on the health of the elderly, which used a case study and quality tools, such as flowchart, Ishikawa and 5W2H, to map processes, identify problems and create an intervention action plan. This resulted in the planning of the implementation of a data management system, ensuring security in the transition of the new system and sensitive information. Thus, it is evident that innovation and adaptation to new technologies are crucial for the excellence and sustainability of the services provided.
