This work aimed to evaluate the behavior of the care processes for Sepsis patients in intensive care units at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center hospital in Boston-USA, using the MIMIC-IV database. This database is available and contains data from more than 200 thousand patients registered between 2008 and 2019. Conformance analyses of the event log with the treatment recommendations were analyzed using process mining techniques. The results indicate an average conformance of 67%, but with a decline compared to the patient's age group, suggesting a need for specific treatment for senior patients.
