Abstract
Identifying suitable project proposals aligned with the organization's objectives is a crucial step, especially for companies that are focused on projects. At the initial stage the lack of precise information and the high level of uncertainty regarding the project and the potential benefits it may bring are difficult factors to quantify and influence the decision-making process. Then, the present study applies a multicriteria model based on the α-FlowSort, which makes it possible to use horizontal and vertical decision-maker strategies through graphical visualizations, to classify projects based on their level of attractiveness. Thus, evaluating from the perspective of nine evaluation criteria four projects were evaluated into diferent levels of attractiveness. The classification can be utilized to decide on the possibility of participation in bidding processes.
