Abstract

The energy transition requires a transformation of energy systems, in search of cleaner sources. In this context, green hydrogen appears as a solution. This work performs a literature analysis involving articles related to hydrogen supply chain optimization models published in scientific journals. The main elements of the green hydrogen supply chain are presented and the associated models are analysed and ranked based on decisions and methodologies. Finally, the analysis shows that the use of optimization models is important to enable the advancement of green hydrogen supply chain technologies; However, it is also necessary to explore the application of methods that are rarely used in these contexts.
