The technical report addresses the experience of the CCC Project team in the collaborative construction of key flowcharts related to the procurement processes, contract management, and registration of prices records for the central purchasing unit of public procurement in Minas Gerais. The challenge involved creating a dynamic that allowed reaching the maximum number of employees involved in the processes, as well as obtaining contributions in a consolidated manner by institution, in a scenario of remote work, tight deadlines, and a reduced team. The proposed solution, the "Processes Journey," was carried out asynchronously using videos, presentations, and online forms. It actively engaged 37 entities, contributing to the improvement of workflows, document checklists, and the identification of specificities. The dissemination of results in a webinar demonstrated the project's commitment to collaborative construction, while the continuous availability of content promoted consistency and transparency in the project's workflows and products.
