The Management and Performance Program (PGD) is a management instrument that replaces the control of attendance and attendance with a focus on deliveries and results in the Federal Public Administration. In this sense, the general objective of this work is to evaluate the implementation of the Management Program Pilot, based on data from the Technical Feasibility Study of the PGD carried out by UFAM. The method used was the qualitative approach in which different procedures were employed, such as narrative literature review, documentary research, case study and thematic analysis. The results present a series of insights, with high positive agreement in the aspects related to productivity, meeting deadlines, quality of services, customer satisfaction and achievement of goals/results, as well as certain difficulties related to the aspects of improving the agreed attendance and the use of the system, as well as additional challenges faced by the manager in the efficient monitoring of the participants.
