Abstract

The article presents a literature review on digital inclusion in the school context, with a specific focus on the discussion of public policies. Digital inclusion involves actions necessary to ensure access to and use of information and communication technologies by the population, including disadvantaged groups, in society. Schools are considered an educational vector for this process of inclusion. The literature review was based on a survey of articles in the Web of Science database, with the descriptors: "digital inclusion" and "school" and "policy". The analysis of the results included descriptive and exploratory procedures, with analysis of similarity and Descending Hierarchical Classification (DHC). The results show a scientific production with different approaches, associated with access to infrastructure, teaching-learning practices and studies of programs and policies. The review highlights the relevance of integrating these different approaches to constitute a broader vision of digital inclusion.
