Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the execution of an educational action for the improvement of people management, aimed at civil servants assigned to work as advisors in offices in the judicial courts of the Judiciary of Mato Grosso do Sul (PJMS). The Program was implemented by the Judicial School of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (EJUD-MS), and adopted a descriptive qualitative research approach by carrying out a mapping through documentary analysis of internal legislation and evaluative reports, presenting a technological-social contribution by proposing the creation of a Bank of Advisors. The results indicate that such educational actions not only promote professional improvement, but also serve as a strategic tool to optimize the performance of the services provided in legal and administrative practice. It should also be noted that the program can serve as a repository of trained and up-to-date professionals, ready to provide assistance in the magistrates' offices.
