Abstract

This work presents the "Transforming Lives" campaign, carried out by the Minerva Agency, an extension project of UFPE, for the NGO Turma do Flau, in Brasília Teimosa, Recife – PE. The action reformulated the NGO's visual identity and produced content for Instagram, expanding its visibility and collection. The methodology integrated planning, creation and production, based on theories on student protagonism, digital communication and popular education. The results showed greater engagement and strengthening of community bonds. It is concluded that student protagonism combined with digital strategies promotes social transformations and enriches academic training.
