the objective of this project is to build a low cost dryer for fruits, specially sliced bananas. the purpose of this simple equipment is to provide a tool for people living in poor village to store dried fruits for some weeks, preventing spoilage and after some trainning, offer sealed dried fruits to tourists visiting famous caves and falls located at Alto Ribeira State and Tourist Park, where there are large banana plantations. the construction will be in next step.
