The objective of this work was evaluate the potential of bioproducts based on Trichoderma harzianum, applied by foliar, on the ability to induce resistance in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) to anthracnose. The bioproduct was obtained through the fungal growth of Trichoderma harzianum under fermentation conditions, after two days of application as foliar treatments the plants were infected with a virulent strain of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum in suspension. The treatments were evaluated by the disease index, fresh and dry mass of the plants. The application of the bioproducts did not compromise the accumulation of dry mass of the plants, being that the culture filtrate was efficient to induce resistance. The use of T. harzianum has the potential to control the anthracnose of common bean.
