PROJECT COORDINATOR:
Role: Manage all activities related to project development.
EXTERNAL MEMBERS:
Role: Assist in the development of the event and prospect international partnerships.
SCIENTIFIC COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for the scientific coordination of the event. Main activities include project development, abstract review, drafting of official documents, and invitation letters to speakers, among others.
GENERAL COORDINATION OF GENMELHOR:
FINANCIAL COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for the overall coordination of the event. Activities include direct communication with speakers and event financiers, interaction with the university's administration, certification of the scientific content of lectures, conducting debates and discussions during the event, among others.
EVENT COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for the infrastructure coordination of the event. Main activities include reserving auditoriums, budgeting, organizing lectures and courses, among others.
PROMOTION COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for event promotion. Main activities include designing posters and brochures, abstract submission, managing the registration system, promotion on social media, among others.
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for human relations. Main activities include developing evaluation forms for the event, organizing the environment, promoting management practices, among others.
Annual in Portuguese and English.
