Role: Manage all activities inherent to the development of the project.
EXTERNAL MEMBERS:
Role: Assist in the development of the event and the prospecting of international partnerships.

SCIENTIFIC COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for the scientific coordination of the event. Main activities: project drafting, abstract review, writing official notices, documents, and invitation letters to speakers, among others.
FINANCIAL COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for the general coordination of the event. Their activities include: direct contact with speakers and event sponsors, as well as contact with the university's rectory, certification of the scientific content of the lectures, conducting debates and discussions during the event, among others.
EVENTS COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for the event's infrastructure coordination. Main activities: auditorium reservation, budget surveying, organization of lectures and courses, among others.
PROMOTION COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for event promotion. Main activities: creation of posters and brochures, abstract submissions, managing the registration system, publicity, and social media, among others.
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATION:
Role: Member responsible for human relations. Main activities: creation of event evaluation forms, organization of the environment, promotion of management practices, among others.
