Submission Guidelines

The papers must be full articles and submitted in up to four (04) pages, including figures, tables, formulas, and references, in PDF format.

The formatting of the paper must strictly follow the guidelines outlined in the templates below. Papers that do not comply with the guidelines will be rejected. Special attention is recommended for the preparation of the Abstract and the overall formatting of the paper.

Submitted papers will be reviewed by an independent Technical-Scientific Committee composed of professionals from all relevant fields. The main criteria for acceptance will be:

  • Importance and originality of the topic;
  • Relevance of the theme to the Symposium;
  • Scientific rigor and data quality;
  • Abstract and text clarity;
  • Quality of presentation;
  • Formatting compliance with the specified guidelines.

Accepted papers may be presented in either an Oral Technical Session or a Poster Session, as indicated by the author and the Technical-Scientific Committee.
