The proposed approach integrates the principles of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) with multicriteria decision support methods, aiming to align initiatives with the mission, vision and available resources. 12 strategic actions were defined and evaluated according to five criteria: alignment, educational impact, urgency, technical feasibility and risk of non-execution. Considering the budget restriction of R$ 700,000.00, FITradeoff was applied in the decision support system, resulting in the selection of an optimal portfolio composed of seven stocks. The results will be implemented in the next edition of the project. The research demonstrates the applicability of the method in educational contexts with multiple criteria and limited resources.
