Although Operational Instructions (OIs) provide comprehensive guidelines, they cannot predict all possible scenarios. This paper presents the development of a predictive computational tool with an interface designed to meet operator demands, aimed at assisting in voltage control, one of the critical daily actions in the operation of the National Interconnected System (SIN). The proposed predictive voltage control solution applies techniques for high-performance Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and the Goal Directed Task Analysis (GDTA) method to identify user requirements. Test results with ONS operators demonstrate the tool's effectiveness.
