If you've NEVER registered a DOI in your Lattes, check our tutorial! The performance of military activities requires that the personnel of Military Organizations (Mos) maintain adequate levels of physical conditioning, making it necessary to correctly define the physical training modalities to be adopted. The physical preparation that is implemented stems from the complex decision as to which modality is the most appropriate, considering different objectives such as reducing the risk of injury, increasing the attractiveness of the staff and reducing the cost of implementation. In this context, this article deals with the use of a multi-criteria model to prioritize physical training for military personnel. The PROMETHE II
method was used because it is an ordering problem and because of the need to incorporate the decision-maker's preferences. The case study demonstrated the application of the model in a FAB Mos with less than 100 military personnel. The results indicated that functional training is the most suitable modality for the proposed purpose.
