Abstract

This study proposes an operational strategy to improve visual management in agile projects with multidisciplinary and distributed teams. Action research was adopted as a method, allowing practical application and reflective analysis in a real organizational environment. Tools such as digital dashboards, Business Process Management (BPM) and process mining were integrated, aiming to increase the transparency and predictability of workflows. The methodology combined a systematic review of the literature with a case study in a large industry, where the implementation of the strategy revealed improvements in communication, alignment and performance of the teams. The results demonstrated a reduction in rework, greater control of tasks and better distribution of activities, in addition to allowing the visualization of bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. It is concluded that the integration between agile practices and visual management tools is essential to promote operational efficiency in dynamic organizational contexts.
