Each strategic action was evaluated using multiple criteria associated with organizational value generation, considering the company's budgetary constraints. The objective is to provide a systematic decision support approach to assist microenterprise managers in selecting actions that maximize the value added to the business. The research uses data from a retail microenterprise located in Natal, Brazil. The results demonstrate the applicability and flexibility of the method, contributing to the strategic management of small-sized businesses.
