Abstract

This paper proposes the application of the FITradeoff Portfolio Combinatorial method for the selection of strategic action portfolios in a microenterprise, based on the strategic planning framework derived from the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Each strategic action was evaluated using multiple criteria associated with organizational value generation, considering the company's budgetary constraints. The objective is to provide a systematic decision support approach to assist microenterprise managers in selecting actions that maximize the value added to the business. The research uses data from a retail microenterprise located in Natal, Brazil. The results demonstrate the applicability and flexibility of the method, contributing to the strategic management of small-sized businesses.
