  • Font: Arial, 12 pt. 
  • Abstract with 1 cm margins.
  • Title should be in bold letters, capitalized and centered across the page.
  • Author names are centered and identified with numerical superscripts with the presenting author's name underlined.
  • Author affiliations are centered and identified with numerical superscripts that correspond to the respective author's names; 
  • Include the email address for the presenting author.

Poster Guidelines

How to prepare your Poster and Presentation

1. The title of your poster must exactly match the title provided in the accepted abstract.

2. All posters must be written in English.

3. Prepare your poster to fit the following dimensions: maximum width: 90 cm maximum height: 120 cm

4. Use a font large enough to be easily read from approximately 1.5 meters. This will ensure that your poster is accessible to all attendees.

5. We will provide the necessary materials to assemble your poster at the event.
