The proposed “framework” was developed using the R-Studio platform. To test the effectiveness of this proposal, data from the literature were utilized, leading to the observation that there was no prevalence in the best choice of sampling distribution, although the Negative Binomial distribution proved to be more suitable in 5 out of the 15 cases analyzed. Finally, it was concluded that the present “framework” has a simple implementation, requiring only minimal user data collection and very few financial resources, since R-Studio is a free software.
