Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital to Brazil's economy. Currently, the Federal Government, together with institutions such as SEBRAE, is supporting these companies in their digital transformation process. In this context, this article aims to develop a model to assist MSME decision-makers in the process of choosing Industry 4.0 technologies for their companies. For this, the multicriteria methods TOPSIS and AHP were used, in addition to separating the technologies into dimensions within sets of criteria, allowing the creation of indexes that provide a more detailed visualization of the decision-making process, offering greater support to the decision-maker.
