Abstract

This study's aim was to conduct bioguided fractionation of Phyllanthus amarus and P.niruri through preparative HPLC, followed by the chemical characterization of fractions via UHPLCQTOF-MSE and NMR techniques. Additionally, the study aimed to establish associations between the identified chemical compounds and their cytotoxicity effects. The results showed that the PhyN 4n fraction from P. niruri exhibits significant potential for further exploration in the quest for novel anticancer agents.
