Guidelines for Submissions
  • Deadline for abstract submission: EXTENDED DEADLINE TO JUNE 25, 2023;
     
  • To submit your abstract, you must be already registered at the Meeting;
     
  • All abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH;
     
  • Each registration allows the submission of up to 02 (two) abstracts;
     
  • Only 01 (one) author should submit the abstract and all co-authors must be listed at the submission;
     
  • Identify the name of the presenting author and provide his/her e-mail address on the online submission;
     
  • The abstract to be typed directly into the system must contain only plain text, with a maximum of 300 words; Tables and Figures aren’t allowed in this space;
     
  • References and Acknowledgements to supporting agencies, institutions and collaborators should appear at the end of the text;
     
  • All abstracts must be presented in the form of POSTER, including those chosen for oral communications;
     
  • The posters must be displayed on the first day of the event, September 25th, on the panels organized in the exhibition area of the Meeting. The authors, responsible for the works, must be available, alongside their poster, during the poster sessions, as per the schedule of the 19th NMR Users Meeting;
     
  • In the poster exhibition area there will be a numbered list with all the works to be presented at the Meeting. You must identify the number of your abstract and post your poster on the panel with the corresponding number;
     
  • Posters dimensions (maximum): 0.90m width X 1.20m height
