The manager’s vision regarding sexual education

Introduction: This article aims to analyze the history of sex education in Brazil and the challenges in approaching sexuality in the school environment. Objectives: To achieve this objective, a bibliographical review based on academic articles was carried out, with research and reflections by authors on this theme. Methods: The method will be through bibliographical and documentary research. Results: The article pointed out sex education from the perspective of science and that the school environment should make room for students to understand the differentiations and concepts of sexuality, bringing a self-knowledge of how they identify and relate in a safe and pleasant. Conclusions: Way, we deem it necessary investment in training and continuing education so that teachers can develop in themselves how to proceed wisely and effectively in this educational process of the child in the school environment.
