GENERAL INFORMATION
- Registration fees are conditioned to the declared professional position.
- Proof of declared professional position must be attached at the time of registration (for example, declaration of enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate course, declaration of teaching or research at an educational institution).
- It will not be necessary to send the proof referred to item II by UNIFIPA students, teachers, employees and graduates.
- Registrations not paid by the due date of the payment invalidate the submission of the respective abstract.
- The abstract must be submitted only by one of the authors.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Authors are responsible for the originality and proofreading of the abstract.
- Each author can submit two abstracts maximum from different sections.
- Completed or ongoing research studies will be accepted.
- Research studies may be presented ON SITE or ONLINE.
- At ON SITE FORMAT, there is the possibility of ORAL PRESENTATION or POSTER PRESENTATION.
- At ON SITE FORMAT, the research study can also be presented IN ENGLISH OR IN PORTUGUESE.
- At ONLINE FORMAT, the presentation will only be ORAL and IN ENGLISH.
- Options about category (ONGOING or COMPLETED research studies), format (ON SITE or ONLINE), modality (ORAL or POSTER, only for ON SITE presentation) and language (ENGLISH or PORTUGUESE only for ON SITE presentation) must be indicated when submitting the abstract.
- Abstracts will be send exclusively through the official website of the III ICNPHH upon registration.
Important:
- Abstracts registered and not pre-selected will not be entitled to a refund of paid fees.
- Partial or complete copies of someone else's work (plagiarism) will not be accepted.
- Abstracts submitted with multiple spelling and grammatical errors will be summarily rejected.
- Incorrect proof of professional status does not entitle to certificates.
ABSTRACT PREPARATION
a. Title: Please ensure that the first word of your title starts with a Capital Letter. BOLD entire title.
b. Authors (maximum 30 words): If there is more than one author, list the authors with last name and initial. Separate authors with a comma. Example: Girol AP¹², Vidotti GAG¹ and Lisoni F¹².
c. Affiliation (maximum 100 words): Please, present the authors' affiliations addresses below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address.
Please write the affiliation of the authors as the following order e.g. ": Department (or Hospital), School (or Faculty), University (or Research Institute), City, Country. Example: 1 Clinical and Experimental Research Center (CEPEC), Padre Albino University Center (UNIFIPA), Catanduva, SP, Brazil; 2 Department of Biology, Laboratory of Immunomorphology, São Paulo State University (UNESP), Institute of Biosciences, Humanities and Exact Sciences (IBILCE), Campus São José do Rio Preto, SP, Brazil
d. The Abstract submitted must contain: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions (type the abstract in a single paragraph). Must not exceed 550 words.
e. Keywords (three to five)
PRESENTATIONS
- The pre-selected research studies must be presented by one of the authors.
- The presenter must respond to questions about his/her study, made by a designated examiner.
- The non-presentation disqualifies the research study for award purposes and does not entitle to a certificate and electronic publication of the abstract and/or video in the Proceedings.
- Each presenter, within the pre-scheduled time, will have 10 minutes for his/her Oral or Poster on site presentation, followed by 5 minutes to answer the questions.
- The poster must be fixed at least half an hour before the scheduled time for presentation in the panel number previously indicated by the organizing committee. The assembly and removal of the poster is the sole responsibility of the authors.
- For online presentations, a recorded video must be sent on the event website after receiving a link. Presenters and evaluators will chat online for questions and answers.
- For online presentations, presenters must answer the evaluators' questions as quickly as possible. They will also be able to answer questions from other participants.
- Evaluators may ask up to 5 questions.

Important:
- Please send the recorded presentation in MP4 (MPEG-4) Video Format. The video shall not be more than 8 minutes. Please ensure, the quality of the video and voice should be good.
- Abstracts and recorded videos will be indexed and made available online on a specific platform with International Exposure (Galoá Proceedings).
- Videos are mandatory for ONLINE presentations.
- Presenters of the On SITE modality may also send recorded videos in English or Portuguese (related to oral or poster presentations: 10 minutes video) for dissemination by Galoá Proceedings.
EVALUATION OF RESEARCH STUDIES FOR AWARDS
- The studies evaluations will be carried out by an Evaluation Committee according to the following criteria: clarity of objectives, adequacy of methodology, consistency of results and final considerations, as well as the relevance of the research to the related area of knowledge.
- The quality of the Oral communication complements and finalizes the score.
