Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease with multiple origins, due to a lack of insulin or the inability to properly exert its effects, leading to high glucose levels in the body, resulting in hyperglycemia. On the other hand, Systemic Arterial Hypertension is a clinical condition, also with multifactorial origins, characterized by systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg, leading to intense problems such as the dilation of blood vessels, potentially causing cardiac hypertrophy. In this way, the Family and Community Medicine League, Vascular Surgery and Angiology League, Endocrinology and Diabetology League, and Heart League, affiliated with the medicine course at Centro Universitário Padre Albino, conducted the "Well-Being and Health" campaign at the Poupa Tempo unit in Catanduva-SP. This was done by measuring the blood pressure and capillary blood glucose levels of individuals present, as well as providing information about Systemic Arterial Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. Objectives: To measure blood pressure and capillary blood glucose levels of those present at the Poupa Tempo facility, in order to democratize access to healthcare in various environments and not just in healthcare units. Additionally, to clarify concepts related to Systemic Arterial Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus, and to encourage seeking qualified medical treatment. Methods: Two days of lectures were held in the college amphitheater, covering topics such as diabetes in the elderly, predisposing etiological factors of metabolic syndrome, anatomical aspects of the heart, and obesity associated with bariatric surgery. After training the college students, capillary blood glucose measurements and blood pressure readings were taken for individuals present at Poupa Tempo, along with providing them information about the respective pathologies. Results: Besides a rich exchange of experiences between the population and the medical students present on the event day, it was extremely important for the population to recognize their blood pressure and capillary blood glucose levels, becoming aware of possible alterations and how to seek medical help if necessary. Moreover, there was significant public engagement with the topic, as many were uninformed about it and lacked proper health monitoring. Conclusion: Considering the high incidence and prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus and Systemic Arterial Hypertension in the Catanduva population, this project yielded satisfactory results by informing the public about the topics and conducting proper measurements for individuals, thereby expanding access to healthcare and knowledge. Finally, it's worth emphasizing the importance of conducting medical campaigns outside of hospital settings, directly reaching the population and mitigating potential apprehension and anxiety related to healthcare environments, thus promoting well-being.
