Introduction: Immobility syndrome is a common condition in the secondary population caused by several factors such as chronic and infectious diseases, functional disability and prolonged hospitalization. Prolonged immobility increases the risk of pressure injury (PU) and risk of thrombosis. These complications can have a significant impact on the quality of life of the elderly who presented diagnoses, interventions and nursing outcomes directed to each patient. Objective: To analyze the risk of pressure injury and risk of thrombosis as nursing diagnoses (ND) identified in elderly people with immobility syndrome and the proportion of complications and nursing outcomes in the context of the nursing process Material and Method: This research is a case study, carried out during clinical teaching in a Hospital in the interior of São Paulo, in June 2023. The study was carried out in three phases, the first being: collection and analysis of the data obtained, the second: identification of nursing diagnoses according to NANDA-I and the third: description of results and nursing interventions according to the Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC) and the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC). Results: For the ND risk of pressure injury and risk of thrombosis. The nursing outcomes were identified: Tissue integrity: skin and mucosa and Circulatory status and nursing complications: Pressure Injury Prevention and Circulatory Precaution. Final Considerations: The Immobility Syndrome in the elderly population favors the development of LP and thrombosis, which results in major complications and impact on the quality of life of this population. The NANDA-I, NIC and NOC taxonomies proved to be essential in the elaboration of the nursing process, allowing comprehensive care for elderly patients with immobility syndrome, allowing early identification and the establishment of essential nursing interventions for the prevention of injuries related a LP and a thrombosis.
