Abstract

The paper presents the problems, current state and peculiarities of the research work on the study of the composition of components of priority liquid fuels produced in oil refineries of the Russian Federation. The developed concept of the study is described, based on the analysis of the experience of similar studies carried out in selected Annex 1 countries of the UNFCCC, their national coefficients in different units of measurement are analyzed. The deviations of the national coefficients from the standard emission factors given in the IPCC guidelines are considered. The results of the research work carried out within the framework of "VIP GZ" are presented. Comparability of the obtained results with international experience is analyzed on the example of selected countries of Annex 1.
