Public Procurement and ICTs: An Analysis of Literary Production

Examples of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICTs) in public procurement are distinct. The problematization of the topic by the scientific literature is also so varied, despite this relevance, a work that synthesizes the literature and points out the evolution of the topic in the scientific literature and the main aspects discussed. Filling this gap is the main contribution of this study, which examines the scientific production on the topic of public procurement and the use of ICTs. This analysis was carried out based on publications in the Google Scholar repository and based on a systematic literature review. A total of 463 articles published between 2020 and 2023 were identified, which focus on 7 clusters that indicate the main topics discussed on the topic. It was possible to perceive the evolution of the theme, the temporal modifications and identify gaps that can be visualized from the keyword integration network built.
