The technical report describes the implementation of the project 'Non-Similarity with Artificial Intelligence' by SEFAZ/CE. The project seeks to speed up the analysis of non-similarity certificate processes, improving operational efficiency and reducing server workload. Previously, the manual process was slow and generated an accumulation of processes, with a negative balance of 813 processes in 2021. The goal is to speed up the issuance of certificates and optimize server time, using Artificial Intelligence techniques such as Word Embeddings. As a result, the analysis is done in less than 5 seconds per item, and the time to attend to the process has been reduced to a maximum of 1 month. So far, 23,860 items have been analyzed, benefiting tax auditors, taxpayers and society. In addition, the balance of cases was positive in 934 cases in the first 7 months of 2022, indicating efficiency in the use of public resources and reduction in the stock of cases.
