Submission Guidelines

 Submissions will take place from 04/14/2025 to 05/15/2025. EXTENDED UNTIL 05/22 - TAKE ADVANTAGE.

Accepted Languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French.

General Rules

  • Abstracts must align with one of the congress's thematic axes.​

  • Each author may submit up to four abstracts as the primary author.​

  • Each abstract may include up to five co-authors, including the advisor (if applicable).​

  • Submissions must be made exclusively through the official congress platform within the specified deadline.​

Abstract Structure

  • Title: Clear, objective, and representative of the work's content.​

  • Authors and Affiliations: Full names of authors, institutional affiliations, and email of the primary author.​

  • Abstract: Should be between 300 and 400 words, including:​

    • Introduction: Context and relevance of the topic.​

    • Objective: Purpose of the study or experience report.

    • Methodology: Brief description of methods used (if applicable).​

    • Results and Discussion: Main findings or reflections on the experience.

    • Conclusion: Contributions of the work to the congress theme.​

  • Keywords: Three to five, separated by semicolons (;).​

  • Accepted Languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, or French.​

Evaluation and Acceptance

  • All abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee 

    • Relevance to the congress.​

    • Clarity in presenting information

  • Approved submissions will be announced on June 10, 2025.​

Video Submission

  • After abstract approval, the primary author must submit a video, up to 10 minutes long, presenting their work in the congress participant area by June 25.​

  • Presentations are flexible and may include audiovisual resources like slides and participation from co-authors, if desired.​

Important

  • All authors must be registered for the event to present their work (Free event).​

  • Approved abstracts will be published in the congress proceedings.​

Thematic Axes

1) Solidarity Economy and Mental Health: Practices and Impacts on Social Reintegration

  • Experiences focused on the productive inclusion of people with mental disorders.​

  • Presentation of case studies, challenges, and advancements in various national and international contexts.​

2) Education, Popularization, and Scientific Dissemination on Solidarity Economy and Community Centers

  • Communication strategies to broaden knowledge about mental health and social reintegration.​

  • Training and capacity-building initiatives for diverse audiences (users, professionals, managers, and the general public).​

3) Public Policies, Psychosocial Care Network, and Implementation of Inclusion Structures

  • Reflections on the creation and strengthening of Community Centers and Cooperatives within the SUS.​

  • Debates on integrating mental health, social assistance, and labor into public policy.​

4) Evidence-Based Decision Making: Science, Management, and Impact on Mental Health

  • Use of scientific research data to support public policies and inclusion strategies.​

  • Impact of the solidarity economy on the quality of life of people with mental disorders.​

ATTENTION: The top three papers from each thematic axis will be highlighted in the event program.
