The main objective of the study was to develop and validate the usability of a BI solution for the management of radiological exams, justified by its importance in transforming large volumes of operational data into insights for identifying bottlenecks, reducing costs, and improving resource allocation. To this end, an interactive dashboard was developed in Python with the Streamlit and Plotly libraries, based on data from the HigIA Report system, following an extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) process and validated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire applied to stakeholders. The most significant results indicated satisfactory usability, with a final SUS score of 65.41, demonstrating good acceptance and ease of use, although the qualitative analysis pointed to the need for refinements in the interface and clarity of some information. It is concluded that the objective was successfully achieved, delivering a functional tool that fills the identified gap, with significant potential to improve management at Higia Health Technology and reinforce the value of data analysis for a more efficient healthcare system.
