The survey, carried out in a medium-sized company, highlights the use of tools such as the ABC Curve, point of order, periodic review of inventories and ERP systems, which help to optimize management and improve customer satisfaction. Integration with suppliers and the use of technologies such as IoT and Artificial Intelligence are pointed out as additional resources to further improve efficiency.
