PDCA AS A METHOD FOR REDUCING ACCIDENT INDICES IN A BEVERAGE FACTORY

With constant changes, it is required that organizations reconcile results with the appreciation of the human factor and that people are treated as their greatest asset. These indicators reveal the importance of creating risk management monitoring mechanisms aimed at work safety. Invest in management methodologies that can help manage the system and one of them is the PDCA methodology. The PDCA methodology manages to establish these requirements, based on four steps. This study will be carried out in a beverage company located in Teresina - Piauí and will identify the positive impacts of non-strategic risk management, maintaining employee motivation and accreditation in the organization's mission, vision and values.
