With this in mind, this article, by means of studies of real accounts and a study of the rules, makes a comparison between Normative Resolution 482/2012 and Law 14.300/2022 with the aim of measuring the impact caused. It was observed that for customers who inject large amounts of energy there is a significant increase in the value of the bill immediately and for customers with smaller amounts injected the impact is later, appearing from 2024 onwards in a not very significant way. With this in mind, the scenario is still favorable, due to the cheapness of the initial investment and legal certainty.
