Resumo

The objective of this study was to evaluate the inclusion of corn hybrids submitted to different drying temperatures, with or without the inclusion of exogenous enzymes, in diets for broilers on intestinal morphometry. A total of 2,160 broilers were used, distributed in a completely randomized design, in a 3 x 2 x 2 factorial scheme, three different corn hybrids, two drying temperatures - 80 and 110°C, with and without on top of the blend (15,000 PROT/kg Ronozyme ProAct, 80 KNU/kg Ronozyme HiStarch and 100 FXU/kg Ronozyme WX), totaling 12 treatments, with nine replicates and 20 birds per experimental unit. There was an interaction between the hybrid and enzyme c villi height and between the hybrid and drying temperature for relation villi height and crypt depth, respectively. In addition, it was observed that the birds that received the enzymatic blend had higher values for intestinal morphometry. In general, the inclusion on top of the enzymatic blend increased the absorptive capacity of broilers at 21 days of age.
