Resumo

The use of the urea, called ammonization, it is an important source of non-protein nitrogen, providing a decrease in the content of neutral detergent fiber increasing digestibility and the consume for the ruminants. The objective of this study was to evaluate the digestibility of nutrients and total digestible nutrients of dairy cows fed with diets containing ammoniated sugar cane bagasse associated with forage palm. Eight crossbred ½ Dutch / Zebu blood were distributed in two 4x4 Latin squares in a factorial scheme of 2x2, with sugarcane bagasse being ammoniated with 3 or 6%. The forage palm was used to compose the total diet DM in 18 or 36%. For the digestibility coefficients the interaction was not significant among the factors for any of the variables. The digestibility of FDNcp, CNFcp, EE and NDT showed a significant difference in inclusion of forage palm in diet. It is recommended using ammoniated sugarcane bagasse with 3% urea associated with forage palm in 36% of the total diet
